Ok this is Sheila Putang and as most of you know I moved to the Quad Cities a few months ago and let me tell you all of this road construction is going to make me have grey hair!

Do you not realize that driving 65 miles Per Hour over the I-74 bridge is going to get you anywhere faster? The speed limit on that bridge is 50 and its their for a reason.
