A baggage agent for Sky West is saying that the airline is breaking California state law that enforces companies to give the same rights as Straight couples to same sex couples. He is claiming that the company wont allow his husband the free air fares that are allowed to Straight Couples. 

Gilbert Caldwell married David Farell in 2008. They are part of the marriages in California that are being grandfathered in. Caldwell is represented by Lambda Legal and is suing Sky West for damages unless the company changes its policy.


All I can say is you go !!! What kind of crap is this.... I wont be Flying Sky West until they change their policy as well. I think the LGBT Community needs to boycott companies like this!
