I almost fell out of my chair laughing about this one. This is such a dumb mistake that it reminded me of George W Bush because he is from there... Let me regain my composure. Texas accidentally passed a law that banned all marriage in the state!

They were writing the law that would ban gay marriage and then included language that would ban all marriages! Well to me thats not a mistake that is what should be done. If one group of American citizens cant marry then why should another right? Well unfortunately that was not the case with this. 

This is the clause that was put into the law that made marriage banned in the state of Texas. “This state or a political subdivision of this state may not create or recognise any legal status identical or similar to marriage.” 

Well State Attorney Barbra Ann Radnofsky said the clause was not written right. She said you don't need a fancy law degree to know what the clause says. 

Well the Current States Attorney General dismisses her claims and said that the marriage statue is constitutional. Well that dosent change the law? I mean I totally agree with Barbra on this one. I will be following this to keep you informed.
