First I just want to say I never thought we would see this coming. A country just about 10 years ago it was almost unheard of to be gay. I recently had the wonderful privilege to participate on a very distinguished panel of clergy that discussed the issue of sexual orientation and scripture. One of the audience members asked a question that attempted to link the ban in Leviticus on homosexuality to the ban in Leviticus on bestiality. Several panel members addressed this question. Then the audience member asked it again, which I take as unwillingness to listen or to accept the pro-gay explanation that was offered.

All I can say is HELL YES!!!! Equality groups in Alabama organized a protest against the Focus on The Family Conference in Alabama. Focus on The Family conference was for parents that have a child who is gay or lesbian. There slogan for the conference is love won out. As most of you know there is a bill going through the senate right now on wording and getting approval for main vote. The house of representatives are scheduled to do their own hearings in a few weeks. It comes to a shock to me that I don't see that many equality groups switching the fight from Gay Marriage to rallying support for ENDA. The only group that even touched based on it, is the HRC.

As all of you know by now Maine had their election last night and voted to put a clause to their marriage law that banns gay marriages. I know this is a sad state of affairs to loose this state in our cause but we must not give up hope. Exodus International is having their Fall North Central Conference at the American Baptist -owned Green Lake Conference center October 30th to November 1st. This group is widely known for "praying away gay clinics.
This years conference the attendees are going to be greeted entering and leaving the compound by the LGBT Community protesting against such clinics and letting every body know that its ok to be gay.

Cruising for sex or getting trade as its called in some areas is unfortunatley very common in the LGBT Community, espically with gay men. However Gay Men are not the only ones tricking online. Straight men are doing it too... YES GIRL... Those uptight preppy hot straight men are looking for trade too.. Some of them (a large group of them) will even switch sides to get his rocks off. Females are doing it too but not too much talked about or notice because they do it discreetly.
As most of you know the Equality March on DC is this Saturday. Rep. Barney Frank made the comment that everybody should stay home that it dosent do any good.... and the President dosent need this kind of pressure.
