I really really wished I could wave a magic wand and make this go away. This story really hits me in the gut as a HUMAN BEING let alone part of the LGBT Community. I am going to try really hard to compose this blog with out using foul language but mind you once you read this you will understand if its thrown in here and there.

The Right Wing American Religious right is really feeling that their loosing ground in the United States against the so called evil "GAY" that they will go to any country that will listen to them. Three of them actually went to Uganda in Eastern Africa and consulted with law makers there and convinced them that being Gay was a sickness and can be curable. The ones that it cant be cured will cause it to spread. So when you go to a country that isn't really in the worlds society and can experience the way the world actually is, beilieves them espeically since they are Religious leaders and Americans. I mean Americans are always right ... Aren't we?  Well you know that the answer to that is HELL NO! Well not to get off track Uganda has created a new bill that will be voted into law soon that will make gay being illegal and punishable by DEATH!

You might want to take a min and soak all that end. It was not a Typo.. They are going to sentence LGBT people to Death!

One of the bill's loudest supporters is a charismatic pastor, Martin Ssempa, who heads a Ugandan campus AIDS eradication organization that is funded in part by the U.S. and who was associated with the global outreach of Southern California's Saddleback Church, run by Rick Warren, author of best-selling book The Purpose Driven Life. Ssempa has a penchant for burning condoms. In 2007, he organized a rally against homosexuality to protest "homosexual agents and activists" who were "infiltrating Uganda." Asked how the anti-homosexuality bill might affect the fight against HIV and AIDS, Ssempa seemed bemused. "I don't see what this bill has to do with HIV," he told TIME. Warren, who has called Uganda a "purpose-driven nation," cut ties with Ssempa in October as controversy over the bill grew.

Yes doesnt it just keep getting better? This should make any true human and Christian just sick to their stomach. I have been saying this more and more.. Who gave them the right to judge? Christian religion teaches that no man has a right to judge another. That is left for the creator. So why is this kind of judgment happening? They say were sick in the head, well I really beg a differ on that one.

I encourage every person that beilieves in Human Rights to please keep up with this story, and speak out about it. Write your congressmen and Senators. There are supposedly going to be imposed sanctions from the Obama Administration if this kind of law is passed. We need to make sure the whole world does the same. We need to think about our LGBT Brothers and Sisters in Uganda and imagine what would happen if we were in their shoes?  2010 is going to be the LGBT year as far as making large amounts of head way in the United States, lets make it around the world!
