We as the LGBT Community need to to turn our support for ending work place discrimination. Right now there are 38 states in the United states that can fire you for being gay... There are over 40 that can fire you for being Transgendered. Its time for us to start lobbying to end this absurd practice and yet another way that bigots can keep us being 2nd class citizens. Lets make it so that in America you can live who are were created to be!! I am calling on all Equality groups to turn their focus on this and bring awareness.... WHAT IS ENDA? Employment discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender workers is pervasive and harmful. It violates core American values of fairness and equality by discriminating against qualified individuals based on characteristics unrelated to the job.
